Wspaniałe miejsce żeby spędzić czas z rodziną. Dużo interesujących samolotów , pozostałości części samolotowych i wszystko co związane z lotnictwem. Spokojnie można tu spędzić dwie godziny. Darmowe toalety I kawiarnia. Jest też duży sklep z pamiątkami.

Staff screamed at me and it scared me. They were constantly swearing and abusing my human rights. The food was undercooked and pink. I now have food poisoning

Lots of interesting planes and other military related items - our 4 year old in particular enjoyed it. Food at the cafe was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Called in on my way home to Yorkshire, first time I've visited the museum, as a volunteer at the Yorkshire Air Museum I fully appreciate the effort that goes in to these museums, very good display of aircraft types which brought back memories for me from my time in the RAF. I particularly liked reading the information boards & the model displays, wasn't able to do it all justice but fully intend to visit again, keep up the good work. Regards Steve Davey

This museum has numerous aircraft (100) and gives an insight into the Royal Air Force, the museum is run by volunteers. Take your children for an afternoon out, dogs welcome but on a short leash.

Years ago I helped build the toilet block, and after many years have returned, me and my son had a brilliant tour around the site with a very helpful knowledgeable lady in the hanger giving a great talk about various planes and the Jaguar in particular. We will be back in warmer weather and would recommend any donations to the site please to keep the wonderful Gem going. Little ones welcome here with a very good onsite cafe and gift shop !

We didn't have time to do this museum justice. There is a lot to see, both indoors and out. The volunteers were friendly and helpful, with a nice sense of humour visible in many of the displays and signage.

What a brilliant place! For a small air museum this place punches way above it's weight. Two hangers packed with interesting aircraft together with numerous types of airframe outside them. Good on site cafe and shop with friendly helpful staff in them. I thoroughly recommend a visit.

This was a nice museum as you could get far closer than you usually can. It was probably slightly over-priced for what it was, but still worth a visit. If it was given a bit of TLC and the aircraft were cleaned up a bit, it could be fabulous. Some of the craft could do with being opened up to make it all more interactive, but overall a nice little stop-over visit destination
